What will I be learning?

  •  When and how counselling skills can be used
  •  How to write a reflective journal
  •  The benefits of counselling skills in relationships and when working with clients (speakers)
  •  Course requirement for the Level 2 counselling skills certificate

Who is the course for?

This course is suitable for anyone over the age of 19 who:

  •  Has none or very little knowledge about using counselling skills or counselling
  •  Can adapt themselves to using new strategies of approach
  •  Who is willing to challenge own thoughts and beliefs and interpersonal relationships
  •  Who is genuine and empathic in understanding human needs.

You will need to bring a pen and folder
