What will I be learning?

  • How to improve flexibility & suppleness
  • Become more aware of breathing techniques
  • Learn how to relax by letting go of tension
  • Carry out postures (asanas) within your own limitations
  • Strengthen your core centre
  • Learn visualisation techniques

Who is the course for?

Anyone who finds it difficult to stand for too long and carry out floor work exercises

What do I need to bring?

  • Wear loose comfortable clothing
  • Trainers/pumps or can remove footwear if preferred
  • Water to keep hydrated

The tutor will work with you to achieve your goals/targets throughout the course recording your progress through observations, discussions and written feedback
