Who is this course for

The course is perfect for beginners if you want to study anywhere, anytime. The course is perfect for beginners if you want to study anywhere, anytime. As this is course leads to a level 2 qualification, it requires your commitment of a few hours per week learning and completing the assessment questions.  Depending on the amount of units/assessment questions, it should take on average 3 to 4 months to complete.  However, it may take less time, depending on how quickly you complete the assessments.

What are the entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements, but you should have a minimum of level one in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

What will I be learning

You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service-related tasks such as how to manage information and support events.

Once you have completed the qualification you will be able to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

How will I be assessed and supported

During the course you will access online materials to support your learning and will work through online assessments as you progress.  You will be supported by your tutor.

This is an online course you will need access to a computer, laptop and the internet to be able to complete the course.

This qualification is run on a platform via the internet using the online EQUAL learning platform.
