Who is this course for

New for 2026, parents, carers and their little ones, including babies, can enjoy songs, rhymes, stories and activities together.
These sessions are designed to support your child�s early language, communication and social development while giving you lots of simple ideas to continue the fun and learning at home.

What are the entry requirements

There are no entry requirements, apart from to bring your child.

What will I be learning

You will explore how sharing stories, songs and rhymes help your child to develop imagination, as well as listening, reading and number skills. We will make simple resources to use with your child at home and use songs and rhymes to make learning fun.

How will I be assessed and supported

Your tutor will be guide you step by step to discuss and plan activities with you for fun filled family learning both in and outside of class.
You will also be given verbal and written feedback on your Individual Learning Plan.

What do I need to bring?

You will need to bring a pen and notepad.
